During one-on-one consulting sessions, I’ll walk you through the credentialing and billing process, explain insurance company requirements, answer your questions, and provide guidance tailored to your practice. After our session, you’ll have the resources and knowledge needed to continue independently, with the option to reach out for additional support as needed.
Consulting Rate
- $150–$200 per hour (depending on the complexity of the consultation)
If you manage your own insurance billing but need support with claim follow-up, I can help. Whether you’re dealing with denials, rejections, unpaid claims, or need assistance with Accounts Receivable (AR) cleanup, I provide reliable support to help get your claims back on track and improve your revenue cycle.
- $30-$45 per hour (depending on the complexity of the clients needs)
Credentialing
Navigating insurance company enrollment can be overwhelming and time-consuming. I simplify the process by managing applications, communicating with insurance companies, tracking enrollment progress, and helping ensure providers become credentialed accurately and efficiently.
Credentialing services include:
- Initial insurance company applications
- CAQH profile update and maintenance
- Provider enrollment tracking
- Insurance company follow-up and communication
- Assistance with contracting questions
Credentialing Fees
- Initial Credentialing: $200 per provider, per insurance company
- Additional work outside the original scope: $100–$250, depending on the complexity
- Recredentialing: $250 per provider (includes all participating insurance companies and CAQH updates)
